About Pacific Coastal Homes
Pacific Coastal Homes Ltd. is a custom home builder and full-renovation contractor based in Steveston, Richmond, founded by Doug Loewen in 2004. Doug deals with clients directly rather than passing them between account managers, and the same crew stays on a project from the first walkthrough through to the final coat of paint. In 21+ years, the company has completed more than 200 projects, 80+ new custom homes and 50+ full renovations, and, per its own description, builds “throughout the Lower Mainland,” with Coquitlam and the wider Tri-Cities among the communities it serves outside of Richmond.
